Wasn’t sure about doing a review for a McDonalds as they’re all much of a muchness in my experience anyway, though they have started refitting some of the restaurants to be a little more upmarket. Was in this one last week and all seemed well, double cheeseburgers were double cheeseburgers, no surprises there and as always the staff say they’re happyo to help but clearly couldn’t give a rats ass !

A very busy and very slow Mac D’s in the heart of shopping in Bradford. I’ve often visited this Mac D at lunchtimes and within 10 minutes, walked out. It’s main problem is it’s very busy and has no real queing order with many people coming in and just pushing their way past people who have already been waiting for a while. The staff are very slow at this particular restaurant and can often be seen just chatting to each other while waiting for orders to be made up. This isn’t fast food at its best! i expect more from a company that’s been in business so long. This restaurant need managing better and needs to serve its customers in order not at random. That said the food is usually always fesh and well prepared and the serving staff are friendly but I shouldn’t have to wait 20 mins for a Big Mac and Fries!

Unfortuantly for me my daughter loves this place. I however can live with out the food as I do not like the quality.
I think that the food has started to loose quality as the price rises a lot. Saying that though the childrens meals are quite good value for the money you pay. My daughter gets chicken nuggests, chips and a drink. The toy that they give away can be quite naff but on some occasions they have been really good.
The staff here are ok and will help you if you need it. The toilets are not that clean and I hate usiing them.
It can get quite busy in here and they do not always open the upstairs so can be a bit of a pain if you have a young child.
It is ok for a once a month treat, but its not for me. As they say though each to their own.
