La Favorita

Its a Halal Italian/​Indian food family restaurant. When it opened in the beginning of year 2012, the quality and the service was considerably better. But today I went to the restaurant again, and I was totally disappointed.
With staff of 6 people working, the service was rubbish. The food quality is gone down.
The starter smelled really bad and took like 20 minutes to get to our table, even though the restaurant had only 3 families eating including mine.
After having smelly starter, I was looking forward to the main meal, we ordered Salsa Provinciale, Cannelloni and chips The presentation was disappointing when the food arrived. The chips were making me sick. I requested to have some sauces with our food, and guess what did the waiter bring a typical mint yogurt sauce and a salsa sauce, which was exactly what it was in my dish SALSA PROVINCIALE, I even told the waiter that it tastes the same, but the waiter tried his best to explain to me it is not the same. I asked him if the sauce was a ready made sauce or restaurant’s own recipe The waiter started explaining as if he knew how the chef’s prepared the sauce
Sorry Mr Waiter but it is not different at all it is the same sauce which was in the Salsa Provinciale :-(
Anyway, my overall opinion Total flop its a failure.
The owner should really concentrate on the quality of the food served and the service provided by the staff. Today was my last ever trip to LA FAVORITA, its not FAVORITA of mine at all.
I think it was a total waste of money eating very badly presented and poorly cooked food.
