I’ll start this review bu saying that I visited here as part of a Groupon deal. It was a busy night and the restaurant was full. As a result the service suffered slightly. The staff were friendly enough but just rushed off their feet. The food was fairly good. I got a steal which was well cooked but slightly tough. Bang bang chicken was also ordered which was very good. Overall a nice meal. Was happy with it and would try again, even at full price!

Jimmy Browns is a nice little store that got me through a lot of lunches when I worked in town. Sometimes the queue would even go out the door at lunchtimes. The food is of a fair standard and the portions are pretty epic. I would sometimes just head in for a sandwich and even these were filled to breaking point. My favourite was their BLT which was made in about 12 seconds flat but was probably one of the best sandwiches they have to offer The café is a little cramped when the lunch rush is on so I would advise trying to miss this time period or head at the weekends.

Jimmy Browns is tucked away down a more of less deserted street just behind city hall. It caters to all the businesses around the area, making it quite busy during business hours. It offers a little more in terms of the variety compared to some of the delis. It offers big meals for a reasonable enough price. I was here purely out of laziness, I couldn’t be bothered back tracking into town so I just called in. I was happy enough with my decision, the food is nice, the portions are terrifying in their capacity and the staff are friendly. I’ll not say I’ll be back, its just a regular diner, but you could do a lot worse in this part of town when it comes to food.
