I’m not great with technology. I don’t know any of the technical terms and usually just resort to turning it off and on again, no matter what is wrong with it. Luckily these guys are round the corner, and sorted me out when my laptop decided to go on strike.
They didn’t mock me for my pathetic description as to what was wrong, and were able to give me a diagnosis I actually understood. They cleaned my drive (or something!) and had it back to me the next day, running better than it had in years. Even better the cost was in no way scary.
I hope I don’t need them again, but the moment my tech starts misbehaving I’ll be back.
