Simply the best café in Bath. Owner is from Italian stock great omelettes and super minestrone if you can get the owner to put it on the menu. If you like salads a choice I think of at least 6. I regularly recommend it.

family run, unpretentious, not too greasy spoon greasy spoon, dose epic sandwiches and breakfastsi know people who go here every time there in bath as its so good! just hope its not closed for a family wedding when ur in town! :P

Right in the centre of Bath is The Hub Café, been in Bath for years and years and is a classic place to head for a bit of lunch away from it as only the locals know it really. Still gets very busy at lunchtimes and at weekends, but there are several tables downstairs and also an upstairs seating area so you should be able to bag a table. Good menu full of lunchtime favourites, anything from teacakes or a fry up to jacket potato or lasagne. Good, friendly service pretty quick too so a good place to spend your lunch hour. Reasonable prices and a good atmosphere.
