Yesterday was my first ever time attending an Apple Store and what an awesome experience it was to!
After contacting online agents about my cracked iPhone 6S screen, I was told I would need to go to my nearest Apple Store for a replacement screen.
Upon arriving I must admit I didn’t know that I was meant to «check in» in the middle of the store. But a member of staff was kind enough to sign me in at the Genius Bar anyway. Within ten minutes my iPhone was booked in and we were given a waiting time of 2 hours so went off shopping.
Came back 2 hours later and my phone was handed back to me good as new. Was all that simple even on such a busy Saturday running up to Christmas.
Possibly the best custom service I’ve ever received.

Apple never fails to deliver. Clean store with ample technological gizmos everywhere. Staff are always friendly and knowledgable, always helpful and slots available to book in advance for help if your phone is broke. Good store

good shop with good staff. not to over the top with there sales tactics. i actually know a lot about apples and these guys had the right answers and were not trying to just sale me anything. good all round service

I love the fact that the geeks here have their own little touches. A flat cap here, a neck tattoo there, a piercing or three. Makes it all a bit edgy and grungy, yet shiny at the same time!
