This store gets a one star rating for one simple reason.
Odour control. The place has none. You can smell the most disgusting mixture of eveything them sell from 50foot away. More if its a hot day.
Now individually items they sell are great nice smelling washing and soapy type stuff. But combined its just not nice. Very over powering.
The staff are reasonable, and know a tiny bit about each product which helps.

This is definitely the place to go for all things beauty related. Everything is handmade fresh and smells amazing! They have a huge variety of unusual products so you can pick and chose or buy fab gift boxes for friends. They even have solid shampoos and conditioners! The staff are always very helpful and friendly and there are always lots of samples to try instore.

Never knew this store existed until very recently when I wanted to buy a special gift for a friend. I first came across this store on the internet and was so impressed by their interesting and beautifully packaged cosmetics and bath/​shower products that I decided to visit the store in person.
As soon as you enter you are hit by a heavenly scent of the products which are all handmade. The gifts are stunningly wrapped and there is a wide variety to choose from with prices ranging from under £10 to around the £40 mark.
Their products are highly individual and unusual so make great gifts. I was very lucky as I visited the store over Christmas and so was able to take advantage of their special offer of buy a product at £20 and receive a free item of any price as long as it was not from the Christmas range!
I had a large selection to choose from and selected a large gift which should have cost me over £30.00!
The staff were young (nothing wrong with that) and very helpful and appeared to have an indepth knowledge of the products they were selling which was impressive.
Would definately shop there again!

Ok, so the smell is overwelmingbut i love it!!! If you are looking for products for sensitive skin head here! The products are brightly coloured and i was reluctant to try them for fear that my skin would say noooo! But as they are natural products they are actually really good for my sensitive skin! I recommend the bath bombs for a Saturday night treat before a night out! The staff in this store are amazing, really friendly and helpful — NOT pushy! they’ll tell you what you want to know but won’t push you to buy anything! Look out for their special nights — they do free treatments and goodies and are well worth going when one comes up!
