We booked in here as a group of 12 and they catered for us brilliantly. As we went on a Sunday a few of us went for the Sunday lunches and it was one of the best Sunday lunches we have ever had in a pub. They do a Sunday dinner platter for 2 which gives the each person 3 meats. The vegetables and roast potatoes come separately to share but we found there was more than enough for a good meal. A little strange was that boiled potatoes where a separate additional item and was not included in the standard dinner. All the meals where well received and even though the price was appeared slightly high the quality of the food demanded the price. I would highly recommend eating here if you are in the area and it appears it’s a popular location for locals which is always a good sign.
