We are your Only 5 Star IDC Authorised Award Winning PADI dive centre established in Albufeira — Algarve — Portugal.

We offer a range of courses from total beginner, wishing to breathe underwater for the first time, to becoming a Pro with Divemaster, Instructor courses and many Speciality courses.

We have extensive knowledge and experience here in the Algarve — above and below the water! Our experienced and friendly staff will suggest the best excursion for you.

We personalise our dives to suit your experience level, having beach and boat dives along the Algarvian coast. All dives are guided by a PADI professional.

Having learned to dive you may want to buy your first mask/​snorkel or fins or if you are already a diver, you may want a strobe or a knife. If you want help or advice with the purchase of any diving equipment, our experienced Instructors and Divemasters are always available to give you advice in our shop.

Indigo Divers — Albufeira Dive Centre, Lda was established in June 2006 and became an Authorized PADI Dive Centre on the 7^th August, the same year — S-​799 165. In May 2011 we were awarded the 5 Star Status from PADI in recognition of our excellent training and customer service, now in 2014 we have become 5 star IDC centre to highest level with our onsite Course Director Jo. Indigo Divers uses only qualified PADI Instructor

We started in 2006, and quickly become recognised for our dedication to personalised service to clients and high standards. We are now the award winning centre with the highest rating in PADI — a 5 star IDC centre meaning we can teach ALL courses to and including Instructor with our staff we have more than 40 years combined teaching experience in diving, the most qualified staff in the Algarve with our on-​site Course Director, you are guaranteed a great few dives or course, in small groups looked after by instructors and taught with with the most up-​to-​date teaching materials /​staff!

Hi I am a British Instructor; I am crazy about motorbikes and have been diving for 40 years. I love teaching other people to dive and have been doing this for the past 17 years all over the world, recently teaching in Malta, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, Egypt, and Maldives among others. I am teaching in English and German and enjoy underwater photography.
