Nice place! Good fish and shrimp tacos. It was good to spend sometime for lunch outdoor after the workout in the beach!

Wow! This place is a gem. Fresh ingredients, decent prices. Fish tacos were amazing as were the chicken burritos. Nice view of the water, off the beaten path. Do yourself a favor and stop by!

YUM! If I’d had more cash on me I would’ve done more damage to this delicious food truck. For some reason I thought the food trucks in Puerto Rico would accept credit, but don’t be fooled! Take cash or you’ll be really sad. I had read about jacks shack and wanted to visit, but didn’t realize we were there until we drove by. Score! We were headed to the lighthouse to check out the view of the surfers and turned around immediately to go get the food! The view is beautiful everywhere around there. They have seating under the trees and a cute hammock to chill in. The best part is the food! Organic and fresh food. We shared the fish tacos and I wanted more! The fish was definitely the focus of the taco as there wasn’t much else than the tortilla, but the fish was so good I was okay with it. That was all we had cash for or I would’ve tried a burrito or a juice. Everything coming out looked and smelled so good!

This place is great. Never disappointed! We had the yummy burittos and veggie burgers. My mom loves their coffee and I can’t leave there without their vegan cookie. ;)

I could eat the veggie burrito everyday! So much flavor. Also, their coffee is pretty solid and the vegan cookies are next-level! Awesome place to relax and enjoy an after surf lunch.

Chicken burrito! Finally someone knows how to make a good burrito. Needs hotter sauce.

Casual hang out spot for after the beach. Sit out under some trees with a great ocean view. Fresh veggies, fish and juices are their thing. This place is a great example of a surfer gone chef.

Awesome local and organic food. The owner is a great guy, willing to customize to your dietary needs and happy to share his adventure with you. Worth a stop for the food alone, and the food is spectacular!

Organic, clean food. Ate the Acai bowl. My husband ate the skirt steak pincho, he said it was amazing! Nice view and great atmosphere.

Ordered 2 watermelon juices to start which were clearly fresh squeezed with delicious light pulp. We then had the quinoa salad and scrumptious fish tacos. Both were delicious and filling for the two of us. The food truck is pretty easy to find with plenty of parking and shade for seating. I think there were 4 tables with 4 seats each and one hammock for hanging out. The location is beautiful overlooking the beach with butterflies fluttering around. Definitely a must try. First time to Puerto Rico and to Jacks Shack and we will definitely be back!

Best fish tacos in Rincon. I was hoping to find a tasty fish taco in town but had been disappointed up until today. A great combo of ingredients and perfectly grilled fish made for a perfect lunch. The chocolate chip cookie for dessert made Jack’s deserving of sixth star but I guess five will have to do.

Great service, food and location! We will be back!!! My husband had the tacos, mom had the veggie burrito(a nice twist with cauliflower), I had the quinoa salad and steak skewer and my daughter had a cookie. All very good and fresh. The view is awesome and it is right on the way to Domes beach or a short walk from Domes beach.

I stayed in Rincon and ate here twice. It was really amazingly difficult to find vegetarian & gluten free food to eat, but Jack’s had it. The Quinoa Salad was good, and they altered their menu to actually have something I could eat. One time, they had this breadfruit soup that someone had brought in, but wasn’t on the menu. The food was good for a «shack» and the people were great. I was just most thrilled to actually find a place that was open where I could eat anything.

We ate here twice during our six day stay in Rincon over the holidays. Everything we had was fantastic. Fresh and tasty! We had veggie burgers, chicken burritos, veggie burritos, fish tacos, shrimp tacos, egg burrito(for my son the picky eater). We bought chocolate chip cookies to go both days but the second time I bought a few more to have later! They are awesome! We also sampled smoothies and iced coffees. Get here early so you don’t have to wait. We will definitely be back!

Who would ever thought that a hole in the wall would be one of the most ideal places for lunch after a very difficult day of surfing(fine so everyday I surf is difficult for me due to may lack of talent). Jack’s shack is quite unique in its approach to food. As we drove by is expecting run-of-the-mill random shack. What we got instead was amazing«gourmet fast-food» prepared in a manner one would expect at a fancy restaurant. Jack’s Shack is literally run by a guy who moved from Massachusetts who clearly has had prior experience with cooking. He takes tremendous pride in his offerings and offers tremendous service. For reasonable prices(less than $ 10) you will have available to you several different sandwich and salad options made with fresh ingredients. The veggie burger included a home-made pattie which was beyond substantial. Did I also mention it was hideously delicious? Also, don’t forget to try the banana bread. It literally is to die for.
