It’s an airport lounge that seems to be stuck in 2000. I walked in just wanting a cup of coffee– don’t even have plain coffee– however they do have a machine which will dispense all kinds of variations of coffee– expresso, café au lait, French vanilla latte– but no simple cup of plain Java! Is it so hard to have one coffee pot out on a warmer? Food lacks — they have two choices– hyperglycemia and hypernatremia! Just wanted maybe a piece of fruit not a bunch of pastries. There is a work area with three cubicles– they are useless because they are full of a computer and monitor and keyboard! This provides no space for the business traveler to spread out with his or her own computer. Put one public computer in the eating room– leave the office space empty for the business traveler to spread out– this is 2016– we all have our own laptops! The food is worse than a free breakfast you would get at a Sleep Inn! But– I am thankful for the space to get some privacy!

Space works well and it is all self serve. Open bar. Nice leather lounge chairs in a quiet room for a power nap. Food is simple and not spectacular. Bathrooms are a bit worn but clean. There is a kids playroom as well. Previous poster is wrong to say AMEX puts their name behind this lounge. The affiliation is through Priority Pass which AMEX Platinum members get membership to. I would not pay a large fee to come here(unless I needed to nap), but it is definitely better than not having a lounge in SJU.

I tried to enter this lounge well within published hours of operation on 12÷25÷15. The doors were unlocked, not one single employee or guest was insight, and all the lights were off. Not only was the lounge not opened like it should have been, it was very unsafe for it to be unlocked and unattended.

Clean, quiet and very friendly staff. The lounge has wi-fi, food, drinks and several tv screens to view. There are private, clean restrooms and even a screen like in most lounges to view your departing flight.

Bad! Unfriendly employees. When my family and I walked in, there was no hello or greeting. They looked at my card and mumbled something and I asked can we go in? The woman said«yes». Bad food, and the don’t expect real OJ it is Sunny D Orageade. Gross! Very disappointing that AMEX puts their name on this. The layout is pretty — just bad customer service and bad food and beverage. The bathrooms were filthy and no toilet paper. When I told one of the staff she seemed like she could care less. Don’t waste your money.

Reviewing from the actual lounge itself, courtesy of the free wi-fi. This lounge(which accepts Priority Pass) is impeccably decorated in a modern style but woefully inept when it comes to amenities. Continental breakfasts at hotels are much more generous than GL when it comes to food. During my visit on a Monday at 6pm, the only food available was a handful of bagels with a toaster, 4 types of cereal, and chips and salsa – certainly not very healthy. There’s a self serve bar with 2 types of beer(Michelob and local Medalla beer), gin and rum, as well as 1 type of wine and several soft drinks/juices. There’s plenty of space to go around, and it’s relatively quiet save for piped in ambient music. I typically enjoy going to airport lounges for peace and quiet, so I don’t appreciate having elevator music piped in. The lounge is modern with blue lighting, open windows overlooking the airport, and lots of white furniture. Definitely among the newer Priority Pass lounges I’ve been to. I wouldn’t pay for a visit here, but I recommend stopping by if you have time and are a Priority Pass member or have complimentary access through an airline.

Very comfortable lounge with everything you could ask for in an airport lounge! This comprehensive lounge is located in terminal C, follow signs for«the lounge». You have to take an elevator up to the lounge floor, turn right twice and go down an empty beige hallway, the lounge will be on your right hand side. I was very pleased to find cool ice water, a healthy selection of juices/soda, beer, wine, hard liquor, etc all served in trendy glasses of all sizes.

Walk through the concrete and beige drywall corridor and open the doors into a modern blue lit reception area. United first flyers, Star Alliance gold members, and Priority Pass members rejoice, but alas, no complimentary entry for Delta SkyTeam elite. Day passes are reasonable and an additional nominal discount awaits for those who rented Avis during your travels. Liquor is self serve, a small two dish hot buffet, salad bar, and coffee machine await your gustatory needs. Today included a primavera-esque pasta with fried ham croquettes. If you feel tired and need a few Zs, a resting room with nearly zero gravity lounge chairs await. For those with kids, a small play area with toys and a television is available. Overall, this lounge is small, but brightly lit with modern furniture, an open layout, and friendly attendants which are a stark contrast to the main boarding area downstairs.

First time here since the space used to be the old Continental Airlines Presidents Club. Great selection of cold beer, sodas and cocktails that are all self service. I came in right at noon and they have ham and cheese sandwiches available. Plenty of electric outlets, wifi and the air conditioning is working well. Plenty of windows on the one side looking at terminal B which is under construction. Not sure if the price will stay the same, but I purchased access for $ 27 since I had about 2 hours before my flight. They also have a dark room with full size chairs you could take a nap in. Awesome lounge if you have time in SJU before your flight.
