Thought maybe having moved to a new location the food might have slightly changed or I was hoping it would at least have tasted alot better, how wrong was I. Uggh, NEVER again!

Seriously, this place is gross. How is it even still open. Cheap tacky food, cheap tacky décor, everything about it just makes me want to gag. It’s buffet style food, so naturally, you get a bunch of idiots whose eyes are too big for their stomachs and load up their plates, only to throw half of it away at the end. What a tragic waste. And the food. There is a good variety, granted, but other than that. Plastic, cold and not fresh are the words that come to mind. I wouldn’t be surprised if the food had been lying out there the whole day. I’ve had the luck and misfortune to have only come here once and I won’t be going again. Not unless they have a major revamp — by that I mean not just the décor, but the chefs, customer service, and everything else. But I don’t see it happening, as it has remained much the same for over 10 years now.

The question truly is: would you come here on Valentine’s Day? With a name like that, you’d expect something a little romantic, if not some class as well. The answer is if your date truly loves you, she’ll be totally keen wherever you offer to take her. If you’re just trying to make a good impression on your latest crush, then this should not be your first pick. The décor is ho-hum and the only thing intimate about it is perhaps the service of drinks to your particular table. The rest of the time, you’re cattle being herded in and out of the buffet. Now the food ain’t too bad. The dessert buffet is good, though some of the cakes are a little bit plastic. The food can be delicious, but most of the time, it just tastes like it was sitting in there too long and it’s either a little too cooked, or just gritty. It’s not bad for the price, but it’s not too good either.

The staff here are this Valentine’s best asset. When they saw my sister with a baby they immediately went and got a high chair and they were super friendly. As we went there for my nephews 6th birthday, my sister had booked a cake. But by the time everyone had eaten dinner and dessert no one was in the mood to eat more! So they kindly refunded the money for the cake which most places wouldn’t have done. They had a good variety of food and there was something for everyone(as there should be in a buffet). The seafood also tasted pretty fresh. But it is a bit run down, this place definitely needs a makeover. And I think more effort should be put on making sure everything is clean because buffets are pretty messy things. But the location is good, right by the motorway and for a three course meal, as much as you can eat, it’s a pretty good deal.
