Hillary Dairy

Need a cold drink after biking into Mt Albert on a hot day? (It doesn’t matter where you biked from or how far, if I’m biking anywhere I definitely need a cold drink.) Hillary Dairy, conveniently on the corner of the intersection of New North and Mt Albert Roads is handy to pop into while you wait for the traffic lights to change (or, if you got lazy and aren’t on your bike anymore, while you wait for the green man to pop up). But don’t go in here with hopes of organic Phoenix juice because you won’t find it. This is a Just Juice juice box kind of place, and of course all your energy drinks and soft drinks and general overpriced dairy snacks. I got a juice box (because, as usual, I think I’m a small child) and basically chugged the whole thing before biking up a hill (mistake!) but I probably can’t blame the dairy for that.
