Salsas with chips –4 different sauces all delicious. Tacos and sashimi are beautifully prrpared. All right on the beach. A real winner, and prices a r e amazingly reasonable (low). Will definitely be back!

A first, and definitely not last time in this wonderful dinner spot. The atmosphere, service and food were all exceptional. When we first arrived we were offered a table inside. Noticing there was a vacant table just outside, we asked to be seated there. The open expanse of beach on either side have us the feeling we had this place to ourselves.
The waiter and assistant introduced themselves, took our drink order and left a menu. The waiter suggested the tuna sashimi, Which was more like a carpachio and delicious. For entrees, we chose the fish with cilantro sauce and the seafood casserole. Equally amazing!

There isn’t a restaurant in PV better than this.
The tables are in the sand, or inside the restaurant just over the sand.
The food is incredible and very reasonably priced. After discovering this restaurant, we went back the next night. I had the ribeye a coconut shrimp and then the bbq ribs and garlic shrimp, amazing. Loved the watermelon margarita blended. My boyfriend got the mushroom soup one night and it was really fantastic.
I already miss it.

This was exactly what my new husband and I were looking for in authentic Puerto Vallarta Fare. We were so impressed we went back the next night to the other location in Nuevo Vallarta to try other dishes. This location is a beautiful beach setting while the NV location is quiet and intimate.

A great little beachside place, a bit out of the way. El Barracuda, and neighbouring El Solar serve bottled local microbrews from Minerva. I have drank a whole lot of the Mexican microbrews while here and found this to be a great treat. Very good beer. The watermelon margarita is also very tasty, but better when blended. We requested the drink to be blended the first time and it was spectacular. The second time we went we forgot, and found it to be a bit sweet… until adding more and more ice for melting.
Food and service very good. I had the barracuda, foil and palm leaf wrapped. Fish tacos were nicely prepared. I am holding off on going back until we have checked out a few more places.

Service lets down the kitchen, we had to ask the waiter to put another service more than 5 times (among many other things), that would be understandable if they were packed but no, there were not more than 6 tables. If that wasn’t for the sunset and the tacos de camarones al pastor I would stay away from the place. ah…it’s cash only

Our favorite place to eat and relax by the beach. We eat here multiple times when vacationing in PV. Love the laid back atmosphere and food. Have never been disappointed.

Esta vez no me gusto nada la hostess muy desagradable, le preguntamos de su país de origen y nos ignoró, la verdad que su país de origen nos importa un rábano solo tratábamos de hacer conversación… O será que esta ilegal en México?

This was a nice find. We asked the waiter for his recommendations and specials for the day. He was spot on. We ordered the Peruvian cerviche that consisited of Mahi Mahi, advocado, and corn in lime sauce. The special for the day was the Molcahete that consisted of shrimp, octopus, scallops, fish, steak, mushrooms, green onion, and pineapple, sizzling in a sauce, in a clay serving dish. We were shocked every meat item in the pot was so tender. They also have a tortilla maker on site. Yum. Needless to say, we had a delicious dinner.

First place we ate at in Puerto Vallarta, and it was great. I would definitely recommend you try them!
My fiancée got three shrimp tacos and the seasoning was to die for. I had a pretty good hamburger, we also got complimentary chips and salsa which apparently an American thing, because not a lot of restaurants offer this in PV!

Love this restaurant. Right on the beach. Everything was fresh with the best service. Entertainment was everywhere. Not just great service, the view, locals and the sand and beach. A must for dinner in PV. Bring cash. No credit cards.

Our favorite restaurant while staying in PV. Without a doubt the most interesting in the sense of spices, vinegars, salsas, spicy and non spicy sauces. Our favorites included the cerviche (we can’t eat raw onions and they accommodated us each time making it without), the steamed fish, the tuna sashimi, and the garlic shrimp. All reasonably priced and the view is divine since it is right on the edge of the ocean. Just an all around excellent experience both times we went. My daughter wanted to go again and again!!! We enjoyed the sangria as well! GO.

One of our regular PV restaurants for many years. Still is good as always with a great seafood menu… but if you’d like a steak with your seafood they do a respectable job with that too. The coconut shrimp are among the best in PV. Never had a bad meal here. You can be seated on the beach or the deck. If you do the beach wear the right footwear. This is also a great place to watch a sunset… or dine under moonlight. Pricing is moderate. Dinner with a drink a desert can be had for $ 30 USD.

Excellent location, right on the beach. Sadly, for me, some of the most disappointing Mexican food I had in PV.
The fish tacos, while very fresh, were bizarrely under seasoned, and full of bagged salad (carrots, red cabbage, lettuce) that distracted from any flavour of the (under-​seasoned) fish. Considering the inflated price too, this was a real disappointment.
Good service, though, and a nice place for a day or evening beer. Just eat before or afterwards at the awesome street taco stands, for a fraction of the price, that are numerous in the neighbourhood.

We went to their newer place in Nuevo Vallarta…2 nights in a row. The food was great, the pequin hot sauce was one of the best I’ve ever had. We tried the cilantro fish (YUM), fish tacos, sashimi (twice), and cheese chicarron for an appetizer.
Service was friendly, food was excellent and less than half the cost of similar food in the resort.
Go if you can. You won’t regret it.

Really fun place.
Great food at this place right on the beach in Puerto Vallarta, You can sit indoors in the restaurant itself (with open windows), or out on the actual beach as we did watching the sun go down.
Excellent seafood, fish and Mexican-​style meat dishes. We had a nice time.
