At TK Chong, you won’t go wrong!
One of the best kai see hor fun (noodles with chicken slices in chicken soup) anywhere. Sometimes when I get a chicken rice craving, I head here and leave happy.
I come a lot lot lot.
Although it does slightly bug me that they use the cheapest possible oyster sauce on their chicken and vegetables, but with great prices for such good tasting food, I think I’m going to look the other way and pretend I don’t know how cheap their sauce is.
Quick service, nice owners. I think I’m coming again next week.

I’ve always been a fan of Ipoh’s smooth and slim Hor Fun and this place is a great place for that!
I love the tasty clear broth, smooth rice noodles and the shredded chicken and it goes perfectly with a plate of beansprouts! Besides the Chicken Hor Fun, they also serve Hainanese Chicken Rice that are quite nice too. They are also known for their Prawn Dumplings but I have not tried that.
They have a simple menu which I like, making ordering easy and it ensures that they are all good. They have a choice of either small or big portion. Expect a good lunch crowd. A great place for a good lunch below RM10!

The taste of Ipoh!
TK Chong is one of the pioneers that have brought the taste of Ipoh to KL. This establishment serves some of the best Ipoh food in town.
TK Chong is famous for their Ipoh Hor Fun. Their Hor Fun is served with steamed chicken and bean sprouts unified by a broth made with a sacred family recipe that has been passed down through the generations.
Apart from the hor fun, they also serve authentic Ipoh chicken rice. The chicken is tender and juicy, topped off with a spoonful of oyster sauce.
They also serve homemade dumplings that are served in the delicious hor fun soup base.
TK Chong has a few branches throughout Petaling Jaya, they’re always strategically located to cater to the office lunch crowd.
The food here is as authentic as they come and doesn’t take a big bite out of your wallet.
