Happy accident is when me and my husband found this place because we couldn’t find a place with no queue during busy lunch hour. I ordered their Hawaiian Hoagie, which consists of chicken, pineapple, egg, cheese, veg and dressings. It came together with potato chips(I was hoping for something healthier, other than chips actually). Like Subway, you get to choose what type of bread you want and I chose multi grain bread. Oh man, it’s delicious! The chicken patty was flavourful and juicy. It got a nice balance when you eat it altogether with the bread, egg, cheese and whatever is in the bread. Service was okay. The server who took our order was friendly. The ambiance was decent for a quick bite. Price is reasonable. The only thing this place needs to change, is to serve water and not mineral bottled water. Save the environment!

Mmmm. They have Bahn Mi! Haven’t had that since Vietnam. Very different from what I had in Vietnam but I loved the taste. The bread was soft yet crunchy on the outside, there were lots if pickled vegetables which I loved. The flavour profile was really well balanced. Add that into the fact that they have good service, smiley staff and a good surrounding and reasonable prices, I would definitely come back here again. I’d up it to 5 stars if they hadn’t served chips from a bag and had given us fresh fries. Oh and seeing how crowded KL Sentral is during lunch, it’s nice that there are still seating spaces.

Hoagies!!! Hoagie Hauz is a cool, trendily decorated spot next to the movie theaters at Nu Sentral. It’s menu tries to capture American sandwich culture, which is a mix of everything. Banh Mi, Philly cheesesteaks, «hawaiian», etc all made the cut! It also includes some sweet hoags that I’ll have to come back and check out. On the wall was even a nice little nod to the south with a shoutout to Po’ boys. We chose to go in amongst the sea of food options because it looked interesting.(Read: clean, bright, and not depressing.) the prices are certainly reasonable and the portions were surprisingly filling. And best part: sriracha is a table condiment! I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Rice bowl and was incredibly impressed to taste all the flavors there. The addition of corn reminded me I was in Asia, but it was good and was happy with my choice. This is a place I’ll definitely be back to check out especially at my next movie outing at Nu Sentral.

A great place to grab a quick meal if you’re on the go. They serve Hoagies — yes! The restaurant itself isn’t too big, and they do have limited seats too. However, you would compromise that for the great food that they are serving here. you would be able to smell the food once you’re near and I’m actually returning to place after my first visit, they do treat their food properly here. Also, their prices are pretty fair here, so really great if you’re not planning to sit down and dine for too long. Do check out their menu here and be wow-ed.

This place is okey, they got some nice burgers, nothing special really, I didn’t like the food that much, it was one of those experiences when I’m like why do you do this to yourself, why create such burgers –_– but it’s ok! maybe mine was just bad luck. The staff wasn’t smiley and the food was delayed. I had a movie to catch and I was quite hungry so I wanted to eat first and ended up late by 10 minutes for the movie. was not cool at all!

If you find yourself in KL Sentral and are looking for a good but quick bite, try the new Haogies Café. The offer pasta’s and sandwiches and the service is very effective. The cost is somewhere between Rm12 to RM20. The sandwiches are quite juicy and are served with actual chips. The place serves Western food so you may even be able to get some burgers here. The staff is very pleasant and quick and you don’t have to wait a long time for your food. The location is fairly new so do check them out.

Today I decided to have lunch in a different restaurant, so I went around NU Sentral to see what is around. After a while i found Hoagies Hauz restaurant and I decided to stay here because I liked the interior design. The restaurant is quite new… I think 2 weeks ago. What I liked here was the fact that the CEO came to my table to suggest be their signature dish because I didn’t know what to order. So I went with the advice, and I had signature Hoagie, which contains marinated chicken thigh, cheese with classic homemade butter milk sauce. The food was delicious and I was happy to see that my food is served so fast. I waited less then 10 min. I will definitely come here again.
