Third branch in town, sounds cool and looks impressive. But the food is nothing. My first-time experience is bad. I went in at noon, craving for different kind of food. Totally appealed to its signage which says knife-sliced(homemade) noodle and third branch in town. That gives me a lot of positive remarks and definitely lifting my expectation. My first stunning sight was the restaurant was isolated. Apart from 3 workers, I’m the forth and the only customer. I was like«okay, maybe it is still new and no one found the hidden gem like me». To my surprise, they are merely Pan Mee, I thought knife-sliced noodle could be different, probably in the form between Ramee and Pan Mee. The only difference was they slice the noodle into tiny and flat noodles. So I got myself a bowl of soup noodle. It was not fascinating at all, salty soup seasoned with artificial flavouring(MSG)(my god, where can I get soup that is cooked with real stuff, but not powder???) and everything else is the same with what you can find in Pan Mee, some vegetables, fried anchovies and fried oil pieces. So, nothing was special. It costs me RM5.50 and an enlightening afternoon. Okay, at least I saw the real side of this«new gem». My advice? You can always get better Pan Mee than this one.
