Now if you are a chilli fan, i promise you will LOVE Dancing Chillies’s range of chilli condiments or better known in Malaysia as Sambals. Dancing Chillies has got a range of dutch-indonesian sambals which consist of 15 different flavors. Made in The Netherlands, Dancing Chillies combines the best excotic spices of the Indonesian archipelago which you can savour the many distinct flavors, colors and textures. Spanning from classic favourites to rare spicy fares, Dancing Chillies sambal variants are all ready-made and ready-to-eat. Bursting with its own unique flavours, just one taste of Dancing Chillies and it will change your perception of sambal forever. You may find flavors such as Sambal Mango, Sambal Peteh Xtra(petai), Sambal Madam Jeanette(surinam chillies), Sambal Oelek, Sambal Gledek(habanero spices) and the sambal list goes on. What i love the most about them is that you can do many things with it such as marinade your bbq goods, use them as a dipping, an enhancer to your cooking or even a sandwich spread. NYUMSss. There’s definitely a sambal for everyone! For they their sambals have a heat range of low, moderate, spicy, super spicy and extremely spicy! My favorites would be Sambal Menado which i use to eat with my rice and lauk, mee goreng and i even put a dash in my maggi mee for that extra oomph! Following that is Madam Jeanette(delicious yellow chillies from Surinam) which i’d use to marinate my roast chicken and as a dipping to my potato chips.
