Incredible views of Yokohama. While on this trip I also had the opportunity to go to the top of the SkyTree in Tokyo and found this to be a much more enjoyable experience. It was far less crowded, not as high(yet still very high) and I thought the view was better and more scenic.

Shopping… All Encompassing. You’ll definitely be able to find your size at one of the many department stores! Hard Rock, and a Krispy Cream nearby. Try the worlds fastest elevator to the 69th floor(about $ 10.00); view is great at sunset and amazing at night. Overall friendly staff, most speak English, very clean and there’s a floor for your kids entertainment.

Landmark Tower is the second tallest building in Japan. It has a Sky Garden Viewing floor which costs 10 bucks to get up to, and if the skies are very clear you can see Fuji(though be careful, even if its sunny out that doesn’t mean you will be able to see it, has to be haze free). It’s primarily a mix of office and hotel, with a mall and restaurants on the bottom floors. Some of the restaurants are quite good, there is an American place called Bubby’s on the first floor that is pretty delish, crazy wait times for food though, the hamburger takes about a half hour. There are also some interesting shops, ranging from Coach in the high end to a Pokecenter and a Ghibili shop. Also has a grocery store with a wide selection of imported goods, and a conbini just for good measure. Really its got a little bit of everything, good place to visit, shop, or grab lunch or dinner if you’re near by.
