The restaurant is located on the 68th floor in Yokohama Royal Park Hotel. Needless to say, the view was spectacular. A gentleman with a very polite attitude at the front desk took us to our reserved table and warm delicious Japanese tea was served immediately. I asked for a wine list since I knew I was going to have a decent meal and a good glass of wine would be essential. Their wine list had a very small selection; however, you could tell that each brand was carefully selected. I chose Japanese white wine that was from central Japan around Mt. Fuji. They offered a 9 course meal, that started with Sesame Tofu with Uni and Wasabi. I was ready to taste and put my chopsticks into this beautiful tiny tofu. The tofu was on the firm side, but not too hard. It was thick and creamy that reminded me of Panna Cotta. Uni was also super fresh. This was just one of the appetizers, but it was telling me how great the rest of the meal would be. As indicated from the appetizers, the whole course was delicious. It was very satisfying. All the servers were wearing kimonos. My tea was frequently replaced so that I didn’t have to deal with lukewarm tea. They were very polite and attentive. Thank you for your great services. I enjoyed it. 4 Stars.
