It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant, but the locals refer to it as Viking, for reasons I don’t care to know about. All I know is, the place has all kinds of vegetables and fish dishes, all kinds of desserts to choose from, and is similar to a Vegas buffet style, minus the meat dishes. The staff is very responsive, and each watches each table to put away finished plates, which gives you more elbow room and time to talk to your company and enjoy the city view from across the window. It’s a good place to go to for lunch, and I’m glad my long-time friend took me here for that. We talked a lot, laughed a lot, and she made sure that I ate a lot, just like the old times. Happy times!
