Stylish is the word. GGD Edition is one of the stylish menswear stores inside the giant buy-opolis Sunshine Plaza. I was looking around for something stylish trying to check all the shops near by and after circling through realized that this was where I was gonna spend my hard earned okane. Walked out looking quite stylish and sophisticated if I do say so myself. I feel that everything rakes my wallet over the coals in Tokyo but then I say the same thing when I go back to New York too *cry* but if you’re looking to put together a stylish complete outfit not just the one or two piece items, no one does a better job at this in Asia than Japan. You’d think every Japanese kid is born with Tim Gunn pulling them out the womb while shouting fashion tips. I went to this shop and immediately felt like my fashion knowledge was upgraded just by looking around for more than a second. And seeing some of the competition around this shop I was impressed with them too though this shop I liked the most. The suit that I bought was made in Japan. He made the effort to repeat that twice. Just in case you were wondering if it was made by the hands the of barbarians *giggle*. They also thank you repeatedly when you buy something there. But when you spend 25000 yen they gotta at least give you a pat on the back :-P I kept wondering if I spent 250000 yen do store clerks do somersaults for you? :) And when I tried on the suit I got a hardly 格好いいですねえ。 well I knew that but it’s good to hear it echoed in your ear though I wish by a 20 year old single hottie rather than a dude with a flashy haircut but still, I’ll take it cause maybe when I’m rocking the suit this weekend I’ll have that proverbial 20 year old hottie and if that’s the case than I owe him a lunch along with somersaults of my own :) It’s a small clothing store so if you don’t see what you like then well, 仕方がない but if you want to take a looksy if you’re in Ikebukuro. I’m sure you’ll see a piece or two you’ll be taking home that night.
