My husband and I stopped by here for breakfast during one of the mornings when we were in Tokyo. It was one of the few places open early in the morning — that served meat rice bowls! Once inside, you order what you want to eat at these Kiosks. So efficient. You pay at the kiosk, get your receipt and give it to the wait staff. The cooks immediately start making your meal while you find a seat. After 5 – 10 minutes of waiting, the waiter comes out and serves you the bowls of rice, covered with meat/egg, etc. (1) pork bell bowl — I ordered this and it was pretty good, and filling, although the pork belly was quite fatty. I think I would want to order lean meat next time, haha. (2) minced meat + poached egg over rice — my husband had this entrée and he said it was quite flavorful and good. He loves rice, so it was filling for him. He would likely order this again in the future! This is a quick and convenient Japanese place to dine — even at the early morning hours. It beats having to eat at the local McDonalds or any other western restaurant, so we’re glad we randomly came across it.
