Have meant to write a few reviews of places me and my partner have been a while now so today’s the day I start. Pancakes(American style, big and thick) seem to be a massive thing in Tokyo. So when in Rome… do as the Tokyokkos do(or something like that I’m guessing haha) My first reaction was how bloody massive the portion was. Three people would have struggled to eat it, definitely American size portions(I don’t know where the locals put it, not a pick on them!!) It was delicious anyway, infused with banana goodness, sweet sweet syrup throughout and covered with mountains of cream on top. Great start to a busy day touristing it up in Tokyo :)

I’ve never understood the concept of «staying in line for an hour to eat pancakes». Since the pancake craze washed over Japan, this store appeared in their new still-under-construction area of My Lord. We ordered a piña colada, Mango and coconut pancake and an orange pancake. The pancakes themselves were fluffy and delicious, though I would share a plate with someone else. They load the plate with whipped cream… Great, but I feel like they waste a lot of money on that. The piña colada was terrible! It was just coconut juice with no «piña». WHEREISTHEPINEAPPLE??? F$%&. They claim to be a Hawaiian café… But I don’t see anything Hawaiian in this. Egg Benedicts? Those aren’t even american…
