I am guessing this might just be a regular ramen shop in Japan but it was easily the best ramen I ever had. It’s a small, unassuming shop that sits nine to the counter with little piggies in ramen bowls in the front. It’s a ramen shop and that’s all they sell, but the one thing they sell is amazing. The food: Ramen– On the menu, there are two items, the left ramen was the special and the right was regular, the special has double the pork. The broth was so insanely porktastic! The broth had such a depth of flavor and it was my favor part. The noodles were a little thin but had a great chew. Both types of pork belly were great, one was braised with soy and the second was just simply braised but both were«melt in your mouth fall aparty.» Spicy table side cabbage was a very nice addition, it added a touch of heat to cut the richness of the broth. The egg was soft boiled and was nice but the outer yolk was slightly solid and the egg was kinda bland. But perfect broth, perfect pork and really good noodles equal 5 stars in my book.
