This is one of five Alice in Wonderland themed restaurants in Tokyo, one of 3 in Shinjuku alone. I had made a reservation the night before but was traveling and missed it, but it seemsed it wasn’t needed as they were not incredibly busy. You get your own drinks and there are free refills of tea, coffee, soda, and others. I got the unspectacular looking ristto as I don’t eat meatloaf… Cheshire cat or not. Was pretty tasty but very hot in temp. Then i got the cheshire cat dessert… i think it was a praline ice cream? Not sure. Was also good… the cat cookie/cracker on top was greesy but good. Service was odd for me as obly the host spoke English but thats to be expected.

We wanted to visit a theme restaurant when we visited Japan, and chose this one. I am glad we did. The waitress was dressed as Alice, and she was very helpful and nice. The atmosphere was cool and fun, with different themes thoughout the resturant. The main course was good, and it was only ¥200 to get bottomless drinks from the drink bar. The dessert i got was so beautifully presented, and tasted delicious. My whole family enjoyed it, and I wished we went earlier in our trip, as I would of gone back again. Highly recommended.

We stumbled on this place when visiting the electronics store upstairs. It was like following the rabbit trying to figure out how to get to the basement where it is located. The prices were reasonable even with the 500 yen and one drink cover per person. The staff wasn’t super friendly and our server didn’t speak very much English. The décor was nice and my 4 year old liked it. I think she wanted someone in a rabbit costume to show up and say hi. That didn’t happen. Although she liked the restaurant and the playful music, it didn’t cater to kids the way it would have in the US. The food was decent. I was impressed that they split what we ordered into 2 portions for the 2 adults and still kept the themed design. It was very appreciated.
