Route 7(or otherwise called Kannana) is considered the route of ramen. There are many famous ramen shops on Kannana and Fukumori is considered one of the more popular shops. If you don’t have a car it is actually a bit of a walk to get there; it’s about 15 minutes walk from Komazawa Daigaku station(on the Denentoshi line). Luckily for me, I live to close it so I’m just a couple of minutes walk away so I can visit whenever I’m not in the mood to cook myself. Their tsukemen is especially popular but I’m usually there for their chuka soba(the regular ramen in soy sauce soup base). Their noodles are thick and smooth and the soup is not too strong to the point of salty and has a hint of yuzu as well. If would recommend trying their tsukemen the first time but be sure to come again for the chuka soba. By the way, tsukemen is when the noodles are not in the bowl of soup and you dip the noodles in the soup like you would when eating soba.
