During our Autumn walk in Kyoto, a friend offered to show us his favorite Autumn viewing spot in Kyoto. When we got there, I can totally understand why. The place is beautiful and what’s more, it not very touristy and unless you go inside the special spot in the temple, it’s free. The colors where just beautiful. There was also a 3 or 4 story pagoda which made a really nice backdrop to the place. There was a fee if you enter the special section inside the main hall but exploring the ground is totally free. We stayed here a little bit longer and just enjoy the peacefulness and the beauty while resting our very tired feet.
