Absolutely awesome. Easily the best ramen I’ve had. I had the soy based ramen. Ordering is via a vending machine. It opens at 11am and there is always a line but it is well worth the wait. It pays to maybe get there at 10.30−10.45am and wait till it opens. Otherwise it will be at least a 20 – 40 minute wait. I’ve had numerous ramen in multiple cities and this is definitely at the top of my list. I’d also suggest getting the rice bowl with the pork as well. Missing this.

After traveling a few major cities in Japan for the last two weeks with the GF, we decided that this is the best bowl of ramen that we’ve come across. The wait is long as there are only a few seats in this restaurant but you’re handed a time on a little-birdy-paper from the hostess/waitress when you arrive. The hostess is very helpful and attentive to who’s next in line and their system seems to be pretty close to spot on for a pencil-on-paper method. Anyway, when it’s your time, you select a ramen from the vending machine and they really only have four options. The house special(soy sauce ramen), the house special with salt and shiso, tsukemen, or bbq pork on rice. I opted for the special ramen which simply is the creamiest broth I’ve ever had. The flavor is second-to-none and got me wishing I ordered a second bowl. The ramen chefs noticed that we inhaled the bowls, asked us where we’re from, and thanked us for the patronage. Osaka has a lot of great food but if you find yourself here and yearning for a great bowl of Ramen, you must try this spot!
