McDonald’s Shin Osaka Hankyu Building

A good location to adjust time waiting for the Shinkansen (bullet train) or to get a bite (if you don’t hate McDonald’s).
The location has power outlets, and people come and go very quickly. I sometimes fetch an iced coffee here or at another location in the basement before getting on the Shinkansen.

A whole different higher level of service. Clean and efficient. Staff are very polite and kind, this is a McDees is above the rest. Thank you for great experience.

I have been coming to Japan each year since 1997 and all i can say tell you is that the first thing that comes out of my mouth when my wife asks me where i want to eat as soon as we arrive in Japan, and for the past 18 years the answer is still the same «Let’s go to McDonald’s and get my Ebi Filet O Sandwich «
All i can say about the Ebi Filet O Sandwich is that it’s a Sandwich that i have wet dreams about every time in Hawaii. I don’t know why Hawaii doesn’t carry the Ebi Filet O Sandwich but it’s one of the best sandwiches i have ever sunk my teeth into.
I will tell you this, it’s not a fancy burger, it’s pretty much a ground shrimp patty smothered with a thousand island like sauce and looks just like a Fliet o Fish but a hundred times better tasting. This is when i know i’m in Japan when i take that first bite of this Ebi Filet O and i just cry tears of joy because i know i’m in heaven when i come to a Mcdonald’s in Japan.
What i love about the McDonald’s in Japan is that they have items that are seasonal and only available for a short period of time, for instance they have a special burger on sale this month called the Tsukimi Burger which is a Burger topped off with Poached Egg like the Egg Mcmuffin and also served with ham and smothered with a Ketchup Mayo Sauce in between two buns. It was amazing!!! I also love the fact that they have Green Tea latte’s on ice and different dessert items every month.
They keep you intrigued here at the McDonald’s here in Japan and that’s the beauty of it. And what can i say about the service here at any McDonald’s in Japan. The service here is lightning quick and i hear that some Mcdonald’s in japan do delivery too!!! That’s insane.
Like i said, Japan has the best of everything and such a smple place like McDonald’s captivates me and it brings out the little kid in me. I am truly in love with the McDonald’s here in Japan. I highly recommend the Ebi Filet O when coming to a McDonald’s in Japan. I don’t care what anyone says, i could eat an Ebi Filet O Sandwich each and every day till i die!!!

I’ve been to numerous McDonald’s like everyone else in the world, but this one deserves a review. I order a shrimp burger combo. It’s like a fish filet, or filet-​o-​fish, depends who you ask, with big mac sauce. It was pretty tasty. You definitely won’t find this in the states. Aside from missing my train, which made me find this delicacy, the staff were great and the place was clean.
