Good Thai food at a reasonable price, serving the good Thai favorites. The service is quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The tables are quite close together, partly due to the limited space. Unlike a lot of the other restaurants in the Lucua complex the restaurant does not seem to have excessive wait times which is good. It somehow gets overlooked, but in my opinion it is one of the better ones.

Mango Tree Café is a Thai café inside Osaka Station’s Lucua shopping center, 10 °F. It’s a nice place to go for their lunch specials, though not if you are craving super legit Thai cuisine. «I haven’t seen this kind of Thai food before» is what my friend Vivian L. exclaimed when taking a first look at the menu. Whereas most Thai places back in the states focus on many different noodle, curry, and rice dishes, there were only about a dozen choices for lunch at this little café, which made sense. It was mostly salads, soups, and drinks actually. We ended up family style-ing it with two other friends, and ordered 4 dishes: –Pad Thai — classic noodle dish that although did not come with as much noodles as I expected, did come with the vinegar, fish sauce, peanuts, and assorted topping. There were mini shrimp in the dish, yet the Thai taste and flavor was not as prevalent as other places. –Chicken soup with noodle — huge quantity in this bowl, many noodles, but a bit bland –Thai curry and rice — probably my favorite of the lunch plates. A good spice to the curry, eggplant inside, and had a legit Thai taste –Mugapao pork stir fry — Also very good. Loved the fried egg on top, and even level 1 spice has a bit of a kick. Left me wondering what the level 3 would be like. Pre-meal salad and soup had a bit of a sour taste to it, but sour in a good Southeast Asian way. And they have a nice selection of drinks here, though unfortunately no Thai Iced Tea or Thai Iced Coffee… you would think they would have this, but that was a bit of a let down. Overall, a nice atmosphere, and great to have Thai food in Osaka since we don’t quite get Thai food in my area!
