Quite often this ramen shop has a queue of customers waiting outside. Seating is quite limited, with about 7 seats at the counter and a table that can seat 4 at the most. Their menu has a few choices, with fat/thin noodles being the main choice with their signature«shio» ramen dish. There are options for extra toppings, from the runny egg to the extra meat. The broth is both simple and good, but nothing to write home about. The noodles are cooked to perfection and go well with the broth. Too often you meet an old man so focused on making his noodles he forgets he’s also in the customer relations business, but this is not the case. The chef is extremely nice and courteous, making you feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Overall it was a pleasant meal, but not somewhere I would go regularly. Is it worth the wait outside? I don’t believe it is. Is it worth stopping by if you’re hungry for some ramen? It definitely is, considering your alternatives nearby are repulsive and dirty.
