Super Hotel Lohas JR Nara Station

I loved the super Lohas in Nara. Full disclosure, this review is based on sharing a double room for two people. The smaller one person rooms I can’t comment on. But our room was very comfortable, bright and relaxing. It is small by western standards but it was perfectly fine. The star here is very friendly, and helpful. I give them high marks. Breakfast was included with the room and it is very good. Once again western chains take note! The appeared to be prepared on site. At least it appeared that way seeing the kitchen area behind the buffet. The quality was so much better than any «breakfast» included places in the US. There is a variety of items for breakfast and I enjoyed each day experimenting with different flavors.
Be sure to take advantage of the Onsen room! It is a very approachable experience. And a great way to wind down your day.
My only suggestion and the reason not going to go 5 stars, is there is really no storage for your things in the room. So if you like to unpack a bit if you are staying more than one or two days this can be a bit frustrating. A rack at least would be nice to set you luggage on. I know space is limited but instead of storing the extra blunts in the room during the summer, how about a small set of drawers? Overall this place is an excellent deal and the price was very reasonable and the service excellent.
