Roppongi Zara is one of my favorite Zara branch in Tokyo.
Zara Tokyo is always crowded, while Roppongi store is comparatively not that crowded, and I seldom have to line up for the fitting room. Roppongi store is definitely not a big one, but 70% of the store — all the first floor and half of the second floor –carries women’s clothing so it’s perfect for me. And there’s a small corner for kids clothes and shoes as well, not big, but carrying enough choices to select. Nice loud music too, my kids dance inside the store always!
The only thing is the service here is nothing better comparing with other branches. It always takes them forever to find something for you. But well, I guess the Zara service is the same in every branch, even this is in Japan.

This may be the only place I regularly shop at in Roppongi Hills (I just window shop at the other stores… for now)
The store is usually less crowded than the Shibuya store and the staff seem less stressed. It’s a great place to pick up staples, especially for work.
