My abosolute favorite Italian restaurant in Tokyo– authentic Piedmonte cuisine. Have returned here plenty of times and never been disappointed. From the food to service, everything is so amazing that I keep falling in love with them. They have pretty much all of the traditional food of Piedmont– vittelo tonato, capnet, agnolotti del plin– but more than anything you have to try their homemade taglierini(tajarin). Carne menu has great variety based on the season, I recommend to go for meat than seafood here. The wine list has a good selection focusing on barolo, but you can also enjoy by the glass. Most importantly, the foccacia is the best I’ve ever had. They’d prepare English menu upon request in advance. No cameras allowed.
