Tiny place with a good happy hour. No seats but there is a toilet.

I love this bar. Drop in ring the bell and buy the bar around and this place turns upside down crazy fun

This is my favorite bar in Tokyo so far. As the name suggests it’s the size of a railroad car, so it gets a bit cozy in there during busy times. That’s part of the charm. What makes it even better is the assortment of cheap beers and shots available. But here’s what really swings the pendulum from«cozy cheap bar» to «holy sh*t this bar rules»: it plays 80’s heavy metal and hair bands and is usually filled with a great mix of people who appreciate this music. I saw a guy in here in a full suit using his briefcase as an air guitar to Metallica’s One. Next to him was a heavily tattooed guy from Russia who knew every word to Bön Jovi’s Living on a Prayer. The bartenders have a huge CD collection so if you have a request they can probably accommodate you. Also, they will gladly give you a marker and some tape to write a message in the currency of your choice and stick it to any available wall space. There isn’t much room left so you’ll have to get creative. Favorite bar in Tokyo. So far.
