First the bad: Awful for the price. First off, they should not rent rooms that face directly next door to constructions sites; noisy drilling ALL day. Next there is no place to hang clothes and there is no drawer! Where do I put my clothes for a 2 weeks stay for 2 people? Finally, the breakfast is nasty; there is tons of food, but there lies the problem – they should concentrate on one or two items and do them well instead of trying to please everyone. Finally, the host in the breakfast room was sneezing and coughing everywhere. The Good: Very clean. Great location. Coffee all day. Free internet. Free access to ny . EXCELLENTSTAFF!

Our entire experience here was fantastic. After a long and exhausting day of traveling, we checked in with ease. Our room was small but was a comfortable and reasonable layout. We had 5 large windows that faced the back alley. We had a good size bathroom and everything was clean and well maintained. Fortunately, we were assigned to the 2nd floor which had all the laundry facilities and vending machines. We were very pleased with our location for our one week stay. The hotel is very modern with clean style. Everything is very minimal and simple. Yet elegant and comfortable. They provided housekeeping everyday. And each day everything was pristine when we returned to our room. Free complimentary breakfast was included. The breakfast included salad, soup, Japanese pickles and side dishes, curry, rice, grilled smoked salmon, grilled chicken, eggs, sausage, grilled vegetables and your typical breakfast like cereal, yogurt, granola and fruit. Plenty of drink choices. Breakfast was from 7:00 am — 10:00 am. The employees were all very nice and helpful. They provided us with umbrellas to borrow. And accommodated us throughout our entire stay. They also held our luggage and helped us get transportation back to the airport set up on our last day. The location is perfect. Right by the subway and near all the restaurants and hot spots. If we were to return and stay in Roppongi, we wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The location is amazing, but I am going to give two stars because, although I expect a hotel room in Tokyo to be tiny, this room barely fit my suitcase! Not just that, but to get into the hotel you have to lug your suitcase up(unaided) numerous steps?! The shower was a little leaky and there wasn’t much else to comment on by way of the room… Also, I have friends of friends who thoroughly recommended this place, so i am not sure whether(because I booked last minute) I ended up getting the smallest/oldest room?

Hotel was clean and well maintained, and in a good location just a minute from the Roppongi metro stop. Room was super tiny, as expected, but had the essentials and a nice shower. Amazingly friendly staff and free wifi round out the package. Included breakfast was a little under extraordinary, but included none the less.

This is the best Hotel. The front desk staff is so amazing, friendly and helpful. They all speak English and will help you plan your day. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Free WiFi, Free Breakfast. Extremely clean rooms. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. Chris
