This restaurant was in the basement level of our hotel and provided a wonderful Japanese breakfast set. The set was priced at 3400 yen(28.33USD) per person but came with our tour group package. The restaurant was relatively quiet during our time and the servers were beautifully dressed in kimonos. Porridge was offered as well as white rice for breakfast, as was grilled seafood. The presentation was delicate(like the tiny dried fish and ginger provided for the porridge) and beautiful, and every item was delicious with no signs of any extra saltiness. It was a great way to start the day in Tokyo.

Shiba Zakura is located basement level of Prince Park Tower Tokyo sharing the floor with eight other restaurants. You will notice that each restaurant décor and ambiance will be different. The payment is made at some of the restaurants will be shared and located outside of your dining establishment. It was my first meal in Tokyo after arriving to Prince Park Tower and checking in. There were so many choices to eat at this happening hotel and I just picked Shiba Zakura on the random. The cuisine is Japanese with a touch of contemporary to it. Ordered the dinner set which I recommend if you like tapa style. My set had what felt like 10 different things to try. The unagi don was also solid. [See my pictures] The ikura chawanmushi was delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. At Shiba Zakura you will find both tatami and dining table options available to you. What you need to know: English menu is offer if asked Offers a card detailing any allergies that you may have Choose the meal sets if they are offered as they are pretty reasonably priced
