Salad with a spoon? Hey, why not. I came here for a healthy alternative after a few too many indulgent meals at the local izakayas and this surely hit the spot. The salad was fresh and delicious with quality ingredients. You have the opportunity to try a signature salad or customize yourself. I will admit compared to a typical customized salad place, this place doesn’t have as much as other competitors however every ingredient that you will get here is very fresh and delicious. With the excellent Japanese precision, they will chop, cut, dice and slice your salad to perfect bitesize pieces with the ability to eat with a spoon. Awesome! I was a huge fan of the home made croutons and the«Mexican honey vinaigrette» which to me had no resemblance to anything Mexican was still very light and tasty. Pricey for what you pay, but then again most salad places like this outside of North America usually are. Overall, quite satisfied. Will come back.

After days of nothing but noodles and rice we decided on a salad for a late lunch. We happened to be at the Tokyo tower and this place wasn’t too far. It wasn’t too busy at this time of day. The workers seemed to be stocking up for the evening rush. I saw one employee making the salad dressing from scratch. I was impressed. The employees were super kind even to us non Japanese speakers. Both of the salads we ordered were delicious.

Tasty, fresh salads made quickly. Plenty of seating including a couple of small tables at the front that are on a little patio(can get a little cramped though). I had the harvest grain bowl and added avocado and it was delicious. Nice to have a little extra protein with the rice and chicken. Lots of Gaijins

Great spot for healthy eating. Lots of salad options plus a few rice bowls or you can make your own. It kinda seems like they’re using the Chipotle model — focused on fresh, quality ingredients, all made fresh to order. I had the Harvest bowl, with grains, spinach, chicken and a few other things — delicious. My friend made her own salad and she loved it. The prices aren’t bad, between 1000 and 1500 yen for a big salad or bowl. Overall A very good restaurant.

Updating my previous review and lowering the ranking thereof because: 1. The finished product has turned a bit soggy. Not sure if it’s the relative temperature filtering in from outside during this humid summer season, or if they have increased the water content in the salad dressing. Whatever the reason, if a puddle forms at the bottom of your bowl, something isn’t right. 2. It seems like they have got the B Team on board behind the counter because compared to the first 6 months of operations when everything was great, the current team lacks the required attention to minor details. 3. They’ve increased prices — which wouldn’t be so bad if you didn’t have to figure 1&2 above into the final value proposition. Soggy salad with B Team competency behind the counter, and at a higher price? Nah, I don’t think so. Crispy Salad Works needs to step it up a notch rather than assume a level of expertise and market respect that isn’t quite there yet.

Crisp Salad Works, probably one of the few salad joints in Tokyo, is really good. Everything ends up as a chopped salad that’s easy to eat with a spoon. Thai red salad was great and medium sriacha sauce was perfect. Could use some bread and few other veggies.
