Cool outdoor area with various stands for food, drinks(such as blue moon), etc. I really liked this place! Super hip. It reminded me of a less crowded, better decorated version of off the grid in SF.

Yes it’s hip, english speaking friendly and a great place to relax with friends and have some nice drinks and food. The variety of food trucks and stalls available makes it easy for everyone to find something to eat. One of my recommendations are the vegetarian soy nuggets and the sangria(different stalls). You order a bunch of different things and some brings it out to wherever you’re sitting and some wants you to come back in a couple pf minutes when the food is ready. It’s a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and simply a great place for spending some time on a nice summer evening. Only downside is that they close at 22 so better have plans of where to move on to afterwards.

Probably one of the coolest places I hung out at in Tokyo. Definitely come here on Friday night. This place was HAPPENING. It’s setup like a bit of a beer garden. Various food vendors setup throughout the venue with bars for drinks mixed in. DJ and music in the back with people dancing and two girls on roller skates busting a move to the music. Was so much fun. Everyone just seemed to be there to chill and have a good time — drama free. I took a look around and I’d say the Thai place was the best food option. In particular I’d recommend the curry two-ways, and their spring rolls. If you wander all the way to the back, there’s a rear exit that leads onto a side street. Good little fancy bakery for dessert to chase the Thai food. The bakery is just out and to the left(across from Blue Bottle). There’s also a couple benches back there to hangout if you need a break from the party. If you’re in Omodesando, definitely check this place out, especially on a Friday night!

Just a super cool place to hangout after work, with a selection of food-trucks, bars, and food-stands. It’s a 2 – 3 min walk from Omotesando Station exit A5. I come here every Friday night for an event called Hanakin: Shakaijin Hangouts to meet and hangout with young professionals in Tokyo. The place isn’t that well known, which is a waste because there’s not many places like it. If you’ve ever been in SF, it’s similar to OFF-THE-GRID Food Truck events. On Friday nights, the place is packed with a ratio of 5:5 Japanese to Internationals. The staff working in these restaurants are also very friendly. We talk alot while waiting for food, and I’ve received discounts many times. Don’t worry if it rains too! although the shops and benches are outdoors, they have this huge tarp that covers the entire seating area. Definitely one of the top spots to recommend during spring/summer!

Cool spot where food trucks, bars and coffee shops attract an eclectic mix of locals, tourists and expats in search of comfort food and cheap drinks. The food truck serving vegan food was my favorite. At nights they host concerts or different thematic festivals.

A charming and vibrant mini village of artistically designed, caravan style, food stalls. Enjoy some tasty food, including organic and vegan options, and drinks under the festive, bunting toting, dome. Complete with stage for extra seating and the occasional band and DJ. Very laid back, friendly, and artistic. A perfect break from the bustle of Omotesando.

Dope beer garden! Super nice spot to chill and look around at items being sold. There is no open container law so you can leave with your drink as well. Definitely would recommend coming if you’re in the area! We had so much fun looking at everything and chilling there.
