THEBEST egg sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life… it’s just so good(for Japanese people). The eggs are so fluffy, made with Japanese bonito stock soup, which goes perfectly well with Japanese mustard and mayo! Superb simplicity. Not much more to say, but one thing to note is that they open/close pretty randomly so you’d be confused why they say they are open«12:00−23:00» while they seemingly take a long after-lunch break till dinner time starts. My suggestion is that you get there a bit before noon and get in the line, then you should be able to get a seat before they wrap up lunch time.
