This place specializes in seolleongtang; a beef bone broth soup that looks similar to fat free milk with a few chunks of beef. I know that doesn’t sound really appetizing, but it’s pretty simple and can adjust it to your liking. Like any legit Korean joint, there’s the banchan(the small side dishes) like fish cakes, kimchi, and namul, among others. The only other dishes they serve are jap chae and steamed beef slices that are so soft you would swear you were eating beef tongue. If you’re interested in expanding your knowledge of Korean cuisine, this is a good place to start!

Korean shop with a very small menu. The taste here is pretty simple, they are known for their milky beef bone broth noodle soup with beef. The bowl of noodles is simple in its presentation and has a very unique taste. It isn’t savory like most bone stocks, quite the opposite, it is creamy and almost like a milk. The banchan(Korean tapas) that come with it are well worth the set cost and compliment the simple noodles with a variety of spice and texture with a small side of hot rice. Next time I will get the Japchae, I prefer a little more i mph to my dishes but my wife loved the way it was done.
