Marion Crepes Kamakura

Honestly, the crepes here were ok. I didn’t find anything special about it. I got it with the strawberry ice cream. The strawberry ice cream tasted very artificial. Maybe, I’m just not used to how it taste like in Japan.

It was our first morning in Japan, so we figured we would get breakfast somewhere rather than eating at my cousin’s or going to McDonald’s haha. Well, we found out that it is very difficult to find a breakfast place in Japan! Finally we spotted this place that opened at 11am, which is not actually a breakfast place, but a dessert place. Pancakes seem to be a very popular dessert in Japan, note the ice cream on the side, and yes this is what we had for breakfast. It was wonderful. If you are looking for a quick bite of delicious dessert, we would highly recommend this place. The food was really good and they had a ton of different options. Their coffee was also very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have the convenient picture menus along with English menus, which was very helpful. Loved this spot!
