Royal Park Hotel

Stayed on exec floor and a very productive week. The front desk saved me with their great service. Nothing but good things to say — and they are getting better too. Good value for the price. Much better than other places in the same price range. And, I think, they are getting better.

Terrible experience here. First I get kicked out of the pool. Then my coworkers and I aren’t allowed in the lounge to have a small meeting. And we are not allowed in the executive lounge for a meeting because it was being used. No one was there the whole time! One day I get to my room and there was a random person (not the cleaning service) walking around. Then they tell me I can smoke in the lobby lounge. Then I get there and once I smoke I am told I am not allowed to smoke there. It’s an electronic cigarette. Not an actual cigarette. How rude. None of the lounges are open late. The breakfast food isn’t all that great. My company sends me to Japan 4 – 6 times a year and I stay for quite a while. I am definitely not coming back here again. I hardly ever write bad reviews but this hotel has pushed it way too much in my book

Our second December here in a row. We had excellent service! Every time we needed anything 24 – 7 they responded right away. Make sure to get a Executive Room so you get breakfast included located on the 20^th floor.
