I think I’ve been to almost every Laduree in the world now, except for the ones in the ME. They all share similar, if not identical menus, and the stars of the show are obviously the pastries(macaroons of course), but there are a number of items that are also pretty good. Their champagne is pretty damn good as well, lol. This location is inside the Mitsukoshi department store on the second floor. It has a great view of the Ginza streets. Great place to relax while you’re traveling…

Gorgeous little spot inside Mitsukoshi department store, 2nd floor. The wait is a bit awkward, they have stools lined up against the wall into a service hall if the line is long. You eventually move into the café itself in a nicer waiting area. The take out counter if you just want to drop by and pick up is lovely and also has trinkets, teas and gifts. The salon inside is on-par with the other Laudrees, soft pastel colors, Parisian style textures and fine ceramics. Afternoon tea for two is about $ 80USD and includes tea or coffee, juice, 4 hand sandwiches, 4 macarons, 2 desserts, 2 pcs of chocolate. Nothing to get full off of, of course but a very gorgeous afternoon tea. If you get seated by the window, it overlooks the main street in Ginza, the perfect way to rest and relax and watch the world pass by. Wait staff are very friendly and courteous, everything you would expect from Laudree. And if you can’t have enough Laudree, the cosmetics department in Mitsukoshi sells Laudree make up!

We had the fortune of eating here on a Monday afternoon. So we didn’t have to deal with a line and we got a great table overlooking the intersection. We ordered macaroons, a chocolate dessert and a strawberry dessert. All were really good and I would definitely come back to try some other desserts.

This is located at the Ginza Mitsukoshi department store & also the first house I’ve been to. Nice ambiance with lovely French décor. My friends & I went here after having dinner & dessert somewhere. I had the Le Jardin Bleu Royal Tea(Royal Garden Blue Tea) which is basically a black tea with a mix of rhubarb & wild strawberry flavors. I like the fragrant fruity smell of it. Since we were in a hurry, I had ordered 6 macarons for to go & picked a Valentine’s Day theme box with it. :) The flavors that I got were Chocolate, Rose Petal, Salted Caramel, Espresso(my fave) & Raspberry. They were all delicious. Customer service was OK. Hope to visit the other locations soon!

Smaller than the one is Paris but this one definitely has a good view of shopping area outside. If you want to have afternoon tea they have a set menu. Came around 2pm and the restaurant was crowded. The wait ended up being only 20 minutes so that wasn’t very bad at all. The atmosphere and the décor made you feel very relaxed. I opted for the ice cream which was quite delightful but honestly it was more about the experience. The sandwiches were just a compliment to the tea so don’t expect it to fill you up. Just come to have a good time and relax from all the shopping!
