I really wanted to like this company. They provided quick replies and easy order process on the States side thus I was expecting a great service and products. The pocket wifi I rented took forever to charge and it did not hold charge well at all. And the extra charger they sent us was hopeless. I ended up calling and requesting a replacement which arrived by mail the next day however there was no improvement. The units were visibly worn and unfortunately it wasn’t just the way it looked. We couldn’t get the connection I’d say 50% of the time no matter where we were even while in Tokyo. We ended up relying on our relatives’ wifi to connect to family in the States. Overall, a big waste of money. I had used another company before and it was a life saver for us so we knew how great it could have been. I included a note when returning the unit. No apology or refund followed. We will not be renting from them again.
