They speak English and that is a big relief. Located in upscale Ginza area the light will astonish you and then you will find this quaint little Eatery conveniently on Main Street. We tried eating at several other lovely little places off the main street but no english, no reservation, no luck. They greeted us with a warm welcome and sat us in no smoking area in our small room. Yoku was our lovely server and with grace and cheer and much patience led us through a divine dinner. After out tea we write our wishes and hing them on the bamboo and offer went. They have a spot in Orlando. Very recommended for ease and a great dining experience. Arigato

Food was terrific and delicious. The service was polite and courteous. Cooking your food shabushabu is fun but when you leave your clothes carry the smells forever. Overall a first rate Tokyo experience.

This is a large restaurant with many places and styles of dining– mainly Shabu shabu and sukiyaki, which is exactly what we were after! Very traditional, right on Ginza strip, you will be welcomed by staff in traditional garb. The staff speak better English than I do Japanese, which isn’t saying a lot, but we managed to communicate ok and before too long we had a couple of beers, the obligatory warm moist cloth, and a BBQ plate warming in front if us for our combination suki-shabu set menu. You pick weight and quality of beef and the accompanying side dishes for a set menu that ranges from maybe 6000Y up to 18000Y. We had plenty of yummy food, including tempura, miso, appetiser, shabu, suki and desert for about 9000Y each including drinks– most excellent! Recommended.
