Parco is a chain of department stores owned by the Seibu Group, with locations throughout the greater Tokyo area. This store offers several floors of boutiques and specialty shops for whatever your shopping needs may be. The very top floor offers a number of good restaurants, open later than the other shopping floors. The basement floor, like many typical department stores in Japan, features a nice selection of grocers and specialty foods shops. Enjoy sampling some of the tasty tidbits as you make your way around the floor. There is an exhibition space on the 5th floor, and at the time of this review, a very interesting World Heritage Sites in LEGO exhibition was being held. Travel the world in one place!(Squint to blur the zigzags of the LEGO pieces, ;-)) On the second floor, a Starbucks was recently(June 2014) opened — see the reviews there for tips and hints.
