This was our breakfast spot each morning while we were in Tokyo(it was close to our hotel, Hotel Niwa). I had the half breakfast sandwich that had ham, cheese, lettuce and mustard and it was simple yet tasty. I also got both green tea lattes and Vietnamese coffee, the latter being my favorite. We also had a croissant each morning(we tried the regular chocolate and the orange chocolate), and they were quite good! Upstairs in smoking, downstairs is non. A very relaxed, quiet place to get the day started!

Chain coffee. The pastries were not as flaky nor buttery as other descriptions would lead one to believe. Very fast service though, mediocre coffee.

It’s raining cats and dogs and it’s Sunday in Tokyo! ! Oh no! Great place to just dry out and get a nice cappuccino and a very flaky and delicious pastry.

Quaint place with good coffee. The pastries are good and so is the staff. There is easy going piano music for the atmosphere, my pops would love it. Hanging out while the rain is steady and strong. Not a bad place to hangout at.

Yes, I know this is basically a chain coffee place. But it was also our first breakfast in Japan and it was so much better than anything we could have gotten in a chain coffee place in the states, how can I not review? The pastries are great. I really liked the savory ones and the whole egg and ham thing that is cooked in the store was supper yummy. Potato and ham pastry was a winner as well. But the real winner is the matcha croissant. I would kill for one of those now. This place was around the corner from our hotel and was a great alternative and cheap compared to eating at the hotel. Plus a chance for interesting combinations. Service was friendly.
