My family of 4 booked a quad family room for a week and it was surprisingly comfortable. In the quad room, there is 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 murphy bed(stowaway bed). The room was pretty roomy for Tokyo-standards and had a large bathroom as well. I was shocked that the toilet was in a separate small room away from the bathroom. The hotel was very convenient to travel to anywhere in Tokyo. There are a couple of train stations(Iidabashi & Kudanshita), each within a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. The lines at these stations can go to Shinjuku, Shibuya, or Ginza directly or with 1 transfer. There is also a lot to do around the hotel. There are many convenient stores(one attached to the east wing entrance and one across the street from main entrance) next to the hotel to grab a cheap snack or breakfast. Also if you want to shop, the Ramla Shopping Center is a few minute walk away along with all the malls at the Tokyo Dome. The appearance of the hotel from the outside is not the newest but when it comes to comfort, convenience, and affordability, it is high on my list. Note: If coming from the airport, you can take one of the cheap limo buses to Tokyo Dome Hotel and make the walk to this hotel to avoid the crazy packed trains.

So far so good(I’m writing this review on the second day of our five day stay in Tokyo). We reserved a «quad» room for the four of us(2 adults and twin 3yr olds). We didn’t know what to expect since we’ve never stayed in a «quad» room before and with the reputation of small rooms in Tokyo we(mostly me) were spooked about the thought if 4 beds in a 12×8 room. This wasn’t the fact here however. Actually, it was quite the contrary — the room was rather large(a NICE relief). Our room had both LAN and wifi connections in the room and zero fee(free). The A/C works great and the is a humidifier in the room if you need it The toilet is in a separate room from the shower/tub(thank God), and it comes with the really cool bidet and heated seat options. The hotel looks older from the outside and from the lobby/registration area, but once inside it’s very modern. Apparently, Edmont is a «Good Neighbor» hotel with Disney, but I don’t really see the relevance except maybe they offer shuttle service to the bus/train station. I did look it up, but the shuttle service schedule was just in Japanese so it didn’t do me much good. Edmont DOESN’T sell Disney admission tickets but they are willing to print out your online purchase at the Asst. Managers desk in the lobby. LOTS of families visiting Disney staying here. There are a couple convenience stores nearby(Family Mart and 7 – 11), a Starbucks, lots of restaurants and the subway/train station.
